Most phans' knowledge of the Spring 1992 Phish tour consists of Portsmouth tour openers, Providence, and Binghamton shows in March, then the West Coast run in Mid-April, and the Schenectady show on Page's Birthday that was officially released. However, there's plenty of enlightening and entertaining shows from this tour. 3/27 is a fun, light-hearted show, a nice tonic to help ease any discomfort from heavier shows with darker vibes. The “We're Off To See The Wizard” teases remind me of the Wizard of Oz teases that showed up at 8/25/23 SPAC. There's another cool piano solo from Page in Maze, fun teases in Antelope, Mike's Song, and Weekapaug, one of the craziest My Sweet One's ever (featured on the FTA), and I can easily visualize Fishman's face during the "Marvin the Martian" t-shirt banter in the Hood intro. The circulating AUD is remarkably clear and includes fades out and in at the tape flips, instead of jarring cuts. This show is definitely worth a spin!
