Like many, I don’t use the rating system often nor depend on it. Apparently unlike many others, I don’t applaud this move. If you have a means of targeting clear misuse, do it. If you don’t, then don’t impose half-assed reactionary measures. It feels undemocratic to respond to perceived manipulation with deliberate manipulation.
