The super rich often don't work hard at all. they rig the rules in their favor to boost their gains. It's those people Bernie wants to tax; Upper Upper Class. Upper middle class taxation is an unfortunate side effect, but necessary to lessen wealth inequality and allow young people who want to work hard and get successful jobs attend college without insane college loan debts.
