Review by Kevinmcc

Kevinmcc Another solid night at MSG, I think I prefer night one slightly more.
That Wolfman's/Golden Age/Simple will be tough to top. My favorite moments were the last 5 minutes of SOAM, noisy discordant beauty. I sat there with my eyes closed, rocking back and forth taking it all in. The Disease-what's the use was a very nice second set opener and the whole second set was top notch. I loved the slow groove they get into during 20 years and to sandwich Kung was a nice a surprise. The Makisupa rhythm part was also really cool, and the Meatstick was fun. I drive a Jeep with a ripped top courtesy of a transient person, hope that's not too stereotypical but Meatstick is a fun song and basing it off of the way the crowd responded it seemed like everyone loves it. The Hood was going along pretty standard but Trey lit it on fire for the last couple of minutes, and the Julius encore got a nice little walk too. Page's work on Poor Heart and Beauty were also highlights, I'd give it a 4-4.5 type of night.
